I couldn’t be happier with my flower preservation experience with Crystal at Petals of Poppy ! I originally sent in my wedding flowers and later added my anniversary bouquet to my order, and the final pieces I received back are absolutely beautiful and so so meaningful. Each item feels incredibly special and sentimental — such a thoughtful way to preserve some of the most important moments in our story. 💐✨ You can truly tell this work is a labor of love. The process does take time, but it is 100% worth the wait. The care, detail, and artistry that went into preserving my flowers exceeded my expectations, and now I have multiple keepsakes that I will cherish forever. I’m so grateful for these timeless pieces! 🤍

Petals of Poppy truly exceeded my expectations. The work Crystal does is beyond beautiful and each product is unique. It’s evident how much she cares about the quality of her products and how much time and effort goes into each floral preservation. She reached out to me a few times about preferences to make sure that it was exactly the way I wanted it. Her pieces were wrapped and delivered beautifully and made such a great addition to my home. I’m so happy with my experience and product and would recommend Petals of Poppy to any brides looking to have a beautiful forever keepsake.

I cannot say enough beautiful things about Petals of Poppy. The frame they created for my best friend’s loved one’s memorial is absolutely stunning and means more to me than words can express. Petals of Poppy handled something so emotional and important with such care, compassion, and attention to detail. The flowers were preserved perfectly, capturing not just how they looked, but the feeling behind them. It’s truly a one of a kind piece that will be cherished forever. The communication throughout the process was thoughtful and reassuring, and you can tell the business genuinely cares about their work and the people they’re creating for. I can’t say enough good things about Petals of Poppy. The care, attention to detail, and artistry that goes into each piece is a-mazing. Crystal, the owner takes flowers from life’s biggest moments and transforms them into something you can keep forever. It’s perfect for a wedding bouquet or flowers from a loved one’s service, she handles each order with so much thought and respect. The finished pieces are absolutely beautiful and such a special way to hold onto memories. I personally have 3 pieces and have family/friends with multiple pieces. I recommend her services to everyone!!

I am saddened to have to leave this review, but my experience with Petals of Poppy has been less than subpar. I trusted this company with my floral bouquet from my wedding day to undergo floral preservation. I was quoted 9-12 months for its completion. I was hopeful that a local company would be the best way to go, but the company seems to be disorganized and lacking communication. I have reached out to the owner on several occasions looking for updates about my bouquet and when it may be ready. Many of the responses just included "we will get back to you soon" or were just ignored. They never reached out to me with updates, it was always me who had to initiate any sort of communication. Very unfortunate, as a wedding bouquet is so very important to a bride. My wedding bouquet was not ready in the estimated time frame and no one ever reached out to me regarding when it may be ready despite me continuously asking for an ETA. I understand that running a business independently may be very difficult and challenges may arise, but I'd be 100% more understanding if any updates were ever provided. I unfortunately would not recommend this company for floral preservation and would look elsew
